With a population of just 11,150 people, Williams Lake is the largest urban center lying between Prince George and Kamloops. Just like Prince George, Williams Lake too plays an integral role in British Columbia’s economic and cultural development. It is an excellent blend of simplicity and glamour and is the gateway to several adventures such as the annual William’s Lake Stampede, a festival which features barrel racing, bull riding, tie down roping, team roping, steer wrestling, chuck wagon races, bull riding and bareback riding.

A world of vibrant culture and affordable luxurious living awaits rental apartment seekers in this truly charming area of BC. That was however not a major cause of concern for rental apartment seekers as the average rent back then was $641 which was higher than Quensel’s ($513) by $128. Williams Lake boasts of an array of home styles, ranging from traditional craftsman to suburban style mid century bungalows and back to a recent increase of modern townhomes and condos.
