Houses in Lytton are detached, lushly landscaped and mostly built Georgian and Tudor style. There are however a handful of apartments available in the neighborhood, most of them being modern luxurious apartments. An abundant variety of upscale shopping is just a few strides away at Eglinton Avenue West and Yonge Street, Avenue Road. Though unknown to many visitors, the actual Lytton Park is nestled away in a valley. It is home to all time popular North Toronto Lawn Bowling Club and has three public tennis courts.

Just like high ranking public schools, the highly regarded private school, Harvergal College, is within the borders of the neighborhood. That said and done, the neighborhood is ideal for renters seeking some intellectual furtherance without driving outside the neighborhood. Both Lawrence and Eglinton subway stations are a few strides to several Lytton Park homes. Avenue Road on ramps to Highway 401 and Yonge Street can be easily accessed within just five minutes. It is all about convenience at its best.

Wherever you choose to live within Lytton Park, rest assured of spacious living rooms, bedrooms and kitchens. Other positives may include parquet flooring, ample parking and balconies. For these and more features, you may have to part with $1,140-1,295 for a nice one bedroom apartment, $1,325 to $1,280 for a two bedroom apartment and $1,600 to $1,755 for a three bedroom apartment.
