Ranch style bungalows, solid brick story houses and Tudor style homes are the most common house styles here. Areas within the neighbourhood such as Glenwood Crescent are characterized by warm locals and scintillating brick stone houses built way back in 1940s. Other homes that dot most parts of the neighborhood were erected in 1950s. One thing is however common with all rental properties here. They boast of sizeable lots and garages.

Expect to find a mix of both low rise and high rise apartment buildings that command magnificent views of Taylor Creek Park. High rise rental apartments are of course, costly and often come furnished with luxurious extras that justify their rental prices. Most of these are located along Dawes Road, where once again, access to amenities is quick and easy. Raxleigh Drive on the other hand, offers several value priced rental apartments. Buyers should however note that the furnished/unfurnished concept applies more in Dawes Road than it does in Raxleigh Drive. There’s also the ‘how close a home is to a service or an amenity factor’. That said and done, expect to churn out more for an apartment near the park, where you your children can go to school or where you can shop.
